Managing Partner
Tom is the founder and Managing Partner of Entium Technology Partners. Over his career, Tom has helped develop strategic information management solutions for a wide range of organizations including The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, New York City Department of Sanitation, and the US Department of Energy Office of Radioactive Waste Management. Prior to founding Entium, Tom was the Manager of Information Services and later IT Project Director for an international environmental engineering firm. Tom has over 25 years of diversified professional IT experience, including 15 years experience in business operations, technology, strategic planning, and general management, 12 years experience in the development of information technology (IT) consulting service practices and the management of professional IT staff; 10 years experience as project manager of IT systems development; and 10 years experience in information system design/implementation.

ECM Solutions
George has more than 20 years of diversified professional experience in the areas of electronic content management (ECM) system architecture; vital records planning and management; archive server design and development.
Mr. Broadbent has extensive professional experience in the areas of Electronic Content Management (ECM) System Architecture; Records Management planning, and technical implementation, ECM Governance, Business Process Modeling, Network Design, and implementation including redundancy, disaster recovery, and security models. Mr. Broadbent has lead the design and implementation of ECM systems for large organizations. A Proven record of success in high quality deliverables utilizing best practices for ECM systems, taxonomy design, report design, business process modeling, records and information management (RIM), and development methodologies to deliver ECM solutions. Extensive range of experience in Open Text Content Server platform including the Enterprise Library Services, Business Intelligence, Workflow Design and Implementation, and Records Management. In 2007, Mr. Broadbent was the co-recipient of the Brit Literary Award for an article that on the ISO 17799 standards that addressed the convergence of information security with records management. George writes an industry blog on content and records management practices, observations, and ideas.

Projects and Delivery
Jeremy has 15 years of experience in the technology industry working with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 customers to align and implement high value software solutions. He has primarily focused his efforts on working with customers to; define business objectives, guide and advise them on how to develop a focused strategy, and align technology to deliver highly relevant solutions with a solid return on investment. His industry experience spans many enterprise technologies including; content management, business process management, collaboration, web content management, and records management, as well as practical knowledge such as solution alignment, project management, deployment adoption, and change management.

Developer and Integrator
Fred authors the code that implements ideas. He is responsible for the construction of web-scale applications that integrate with department-level solutions and bespoke applications. Fred provides pragmatic, clever solutions to immutable constraints. Fred advocates for and aggressively employs open standards and cross-platform compatible solutions. He offers client satisfaction by hand delivering solutions to technical hurdles both anticipated and unforeseen. Fred collaborates and maintains excellent working relationships with his clients and users and is always happy to help.

Regulatory Solutions
Sean has more than 10 years of experience in a technical consulting environment with a focus on the development of system architectures and the implementation of enterprise content management (ECM) systems. Broad skill set including development and implementation of Records Management Strategic programs; Workflow & Business Process Management; Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans; and Policy & Procedure Development. Records Information Management experience includes taxonomy and retention schedule development for both international and domestic clientele.

Life Science Practice
Over 15 years of diversified experience working on software development projects and Open Text ECM deployment and support including 8 years of IT project management experience in large scale, cross functional, multi-system environments. 14 years of solid technical experience include leading a 12-person Livelink support/development team with 3 off-shore resources; a 20-person government software development team; and a 3-shift digital avionics branch. Prior to joining Entium, Luis was functional team lead for the administration and application support of 4 Livelink environments, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting Livelink/Content Server ECM web, application and index processes following Open Text and industry best practices in a pharmaceutical environment. He is also a product specialist for the Blubaker DMC2 software to manage the creation and migration of Livelink Categories and Attributes and has managed all aspects of the system development life cycle including project requirements; design; development, validation & user acceptance testing. Managed software project plans, tasks, priorities, and issues to ensure timely and within budget deliveries. Coordinated with business stake holders and other IT team leaders on issues involving, configuration and release management; application support; system validation testing; and internal priorities.
